With a 750 GMAT, this ISB applicant was already counting the amount of scholarship money he would get, but instead was shocked by a rejection from ISB without interview.
When he came to us as a reapplicant in R1 this year, we first did a rejection analysis. His work experience was solid, his extra curriculars were also above average, His post-MBA goals were inline with what several ISB students do post-MBA, but what was lacking in his application was self reflection, the display of maturity in himself via his essays and an overall poorly crafted story which we believed led to a rejection.
After merely working with us for a month, leveraging the frameworks we provided and the process of honest introspection with the help of our self defining questions, he put in an application that received an interview invite and post our interview prep subsequently received an admit to his dream school, ISB!
