I hope you're all doing well. I'm seeking some guidance and feedback regarding my profile for applying to business schools in the US/Europe. I would greatly appreciate any insights or suggestions on suitable colleges based on my background. Here's a brief overview of my profile:

Involved in Rotract club and Ecell club of college, published papers, mentoring and teaching in NGO, Career Goals:

Considering the above-given profile details you have all the eligibility and chances for applying for listed schools, but your transition to consulting would be trickier here but not possible. I would suggest you expand your option for B Schools and try to shortlist schools to fit your profile and help you achieve your post-MBA plans.

crystal_blue You are spot on with your research regarding target schools. I disagree with the previous comments regarding the other schools without knowing specifics about your profile.
Coming to your profile, you have not shared anything that makes us understand the pivotal points in your career. Four years is a significant amount of work experience, so I am hoping you would be able to prove you have shown continuous growth and an upward trajectory with incremental responsibilities year on year. A lot would depend on how you fill the space that is currently there in the work experience section here. Your goals are alright, but you need to make them more interesting than that. For example, you should share your vision behind having your own product in the long term - what problem that you have observed through your experience, at work or outside of it, that you would like to help solve with your skills. How will you build your knowledge tool kit in the mid term that can help you achieve your aspirational goals in the long term? Your product can be seen as a means to solve a larger issue or tap into a market opportunity, but only saying that you will create a product does little to grab the attention of the adcoms.
In the EU, you may consider IESE and RSM (because of its strategic location in the heart of a job market). Feel free to speak further.
