What are my chances if i will apply for R2 to NYU/Columbia?

I see nothing in your profile that would suggest you are not competitive at NYU or Columbia. However, people with all of your profile elements get dinged by these schools if they lack community involvement (or extracurricular leadership), leadership at work, and well-executed essays and reco letters that effectively set you apart from the masses.
