IMO E.

First catch is 'their' vs. 'its' -> Since Company is singular we have to use 'its' and hence option A is incorrect and for the same reason B is out as well.

Now for maintaining parallelism, the company took three actions in response to losing market share and all the three actions are expected to be parallel, both grammatically as well as structurally. The only options maintaining the parallelism is option E.

usage of have is wrong
B. changing their advertising agency, as well as
parallelism error. All the tenses in the list should be same, hence changing is wrong

Here we go,

There are three elements that need to be parallel in the sentence.
1. cut costs by withholding executive bonuses
2. changed their advertising agency
3. redesigned the company logo


Option A - changed their advertising agency, and have --- not parallel -- pronoun error-----
Option B - changing their advertising agency, as well as --- not parallel -- pronoun error-- wordy construction---
Option C - has changed its advertising agency, and ---- 'has' has to be repeated with the third element also ---
Option D - and changed its advertising agency, and has ---- 'has' has to be repeated with the second element also ---
Option E - changed its advertising agency, and --- All elements parallel-- no pronoun error--

According to me, Option E is correct

withholding is a red herring. The three verbs are cut, changed, and redesigned.
(A) and (B) have pronoun trouble because company is singular; therefore, the proper pronoun is it.
(C) and (D) aren’t parallel.
(E) is the answer.
