A,C,D are out. Which cannot refer to a person and of, and from are prepositions and should come directly after the noun it's modifying. C,D have other issues as well.
So 2 real options B and E.
B is wordy in my opinion since the noun modifier is supposed to modify A. Linc, it would suffice to say, "born into a family... educated".
So E is the answer IMO purely based on concision.
Any other thoughts? And what's the OA?

You're off to a great start. Option B is out due to the use of "borned". It's incorrect and extremely awkward. E is a concise and proper answer.
