Tibetan rugs are so expensive because the weaver still pursues his art as they have for centuries, by hand-dyeing all their wool and then knotting each thread individually to achieve a unique pattern for each piece.
(A) the weaver still pursues his art as they have
-the weaver is singular so pronoun "they" should be singular. Also use of" Have" which is plural is incorrect . So Eliminate A
(B) the weaver still pursues his art as he has
- Correct - singular weaver is correctly matched with pronoun He and verb Has is correct.
(C) weavers still pursue their art as they have
- Though Pronoun matches with plural weavers. Use of "they" becomes ambiguous . It leads to confusion whether it is referring to weavers or Tibetan Rugs. Compared to C , option B is more Clear. So Eliminate C

- " as was done" is awkward and grammatically incorrect. So eliminate D
