A. it not only hastens wrinkling of the skin, and it also apparently interferes- idiom error
B. it not only hastens the wrinkling of the skin, but it also appears that it interferes--- it can be placed in the following ways to maintain parallelism : it not only X but also Y or not only it X but also it Y- -, it not only X but it also Y (wrong construction)!

D. not only does it hasten the wrinkling of the skin, but it also appears to interfere- Correct!
