IMO Answer D
We are looking at parallelism error here.
(A) not to concentrate on one's present deprivation but rather the sense of well-being you >> compare verb (to concentrate) with noun (the sense of well-being)
(B) not to concentrate on one's present deprivation but rather the well-being you >> same error, also one's vs you looks off
(C) to concentrate not on one's present deprivation and not the sense of well-being you >> same one's vs you
(D) to concentrate not on your present deprivation but rather on the sense of well-being you >> correct
(E) to not concentrate on your present sense of deprivation but rather the well-being one >> to concentrate vs well-being

My answer is (D). It took me 01:29.
None of the five options handles "while dieting" appropriately. What does "dieting" modify? Take a look at the sentence below:
While dieting, to concentrate not on your present deprivation but rather on the sense of well-being is important.
The sentence indicates that ”to concentrate not on your present deprivation but rather on the sense of well-being“ is "dieting". Such meaning is preposterously wrong.
Now, in structure such as "Not X, but Y", it is critical that "X" and "Y" are parallel.
But can we also use "Not X, but rather Y" for the same effect?
(A) "to concentrate" is not parallel with "the sense"
(B) "to concentrate" is not parallel with "the well-being"
(C) "not on ... and not ..." conveys rather peculiar meaning. Also, parallelism is not maintained.
(D) If "rather" is removed, it is even better.
(E) See (B).
