A is strengthening eliminated
B Out of scope information.
C Again out of scope information.
D correct as we can see that breast cancer changes is 60% chance and this information also show miscarriage chance is 60% so its coincidence that both information matched.

Hi, I hear you, but I was too busy to make a respond to your query.
Both A, and D are common and important in Gmat. B is also considered important pattern by some gmat prep companies.
The key word in B is "after the age 35" -> B attacks the wrong sample, or wrong targets. Some prep companies call B a shell game.
A is wrong b/c A either strengthens the argument or A is not good enough to weaken the argument.
