The question stem tells us to find the option that would be most important to take into account in assessing the result.
Ok! The Result is that individuals suffering from DBD were less likely to suffer from episodes of cognitive dysfunction when they followed a stipulated daily routine.
Pre-Thinking: Is it the result depends only on stipulated daily routine?
Only Choice D answer it well as it eliminates the possibility of change in medication before the experiment.
Answer Choice B is irrelevant here as the experiment is not talking about a universal stipulated routine. It is possible that experiment subjects might have a different stipulated routine yet the likelihood of episodes have decreased.
Ok! The Result is that individuals suffering from DBD were less likely to suffer from episodes of cognitive dysfunction when they followed a stipulated daily routine.
