(E) is the answer IMO

(A) Water that contains a high amount of minerals per volume is known as hard water.
Irrelevant

(B) Signing up to a water delivery service requires that the consumer buy a fairly expensive dispenser from the supplier.
Strengthens Mr. M's claim

(C) Bottles are easier to recycle than containers for mineral water dispensers.
Irrelevant

(D) Having water delivered usually results in the monthly cost of drinking water to be about 20% more expensive than water from other sources.
Strengthens Mr. M's claim

(E) Many consumers are willing to pay extra in order to avoid the hassle of having to purchase, carry, store, and recycle mineral water bottles.
Strengthens Mr. S's claim

Mr. Q: Having water delivered, will soon become popular since it makes more sense than constantly buying bottles.

Mr. S: Water delivery is far more expensive than buying bottles of water.

We need to strengthen Mr. Q's claim.

(A) Water that contains a high amount of minerals per volume is known as hard water. - Irrelevant. Doesn't help us in any sense.

(B) Signing up to a water delivery service requires that the consumer buy a fairly expensive dispenser from the supplier. - Does the opposite. Weakens Q's claim.

(C) Bottles are easier to recycle than containers for mineral water dispensers. - Again this also weakens Mr Q's claim. Incorrect

(D) Having water delivered usually results in the monthly cost of drinking water to be about 20% more expensive than water from other sources. Same as C. It weakens Mr. Q's claim.

(E) Many consumers are willing to pay extra in order to avoid the hassle of having to purchase, carry, store, and recycle mineral water bottles. Correct. Gives us a reasons on why people are willing to pay extra.

Mr. Q: More and more people are drinking mineral water. Having a mineral water dispenser in one's home, and having water delivered, will soon become popular since it makes more sense than constantly buying bottles.

Mr. S: I don't think that will happen since having water delivered is far more expensive than buying bottles of water.

Which of the following, if true, most strengthens Mr. Q's claim?

(A) Water that contains a high amount of minerals per volume is known as hard water.= irrelevant
(B) Signing up to a water delivery service requires that the consumer buy a fairly expensive dispenser from the supplier. = supports S
(C) Bottles are easier to recycle than containers for mineral water dispensers. = supports S
(D) Having water delivered usually results in the monthly cost of drinking water to be about 20% more expensive than water from other sources. == supports S
(E) Many consumers are willing to pay extra in order to avoid the hassle of having to purchase, carry, store, and recycle mineral water bottles. = supports Q

Hence E is the correct answer .
