Another easier way to solve this:
- 12,15 and 18 are multiples of 3.
- Apply 3's divisibility test to the options.
- B, C & E are eliminated since not divisible by 3.
- A & D both divisible by 3.
- Choose the smaller one i.e. 900. Hence, Option A.
