Solving as we read the question:
Of 70 players on a football team, 37 are throwers. The rest(70-37 = 33) of the team is divided so one third(33/3 = 11) are left- handed and the rest(22) are right handed. Assuming that all throwers(37) are right handed, how many right- handed players are there total : So 37 + 22 = 59

1/3 of remaining 33, i.e 11 are left handed and remaining are right handed.

Basically, out of 70, only 11 are left handed and remaining 70-11= 59 are right handed.
