For every three balls numbered 1,2 & 3 ; balls with value 2 and greater than 2 i.e 3 form 2/3 part of total balls which is 3 in this case.
So for 15 balls
Numbered 1 - 5 balls
Numbered 2 - 5 balls
Numbered 3 - 5 balls
Therefore probability of randomly choosing ball with 2 or 3 will be 2/3
In other words 10 balls / 15 balls

Lets consider the scenario when all the 15 person have picked 1 marble each (with either of number 1,2,3 on it)...selection of favorable case (greater than 1) would be 10/15
