The answer should be A.
As any prime number greater than 2 will be odd and hence can never have a product that is divisible by 2.

(A) 2
(B) 3
(C) 11
(D) 15
(E) 17

A prime number greater than 2 will always be an odd number. hence xy will always be odd number, which will not be divisible by 2, hence answer should be A (2).

"2" is the only even prime number so all other prime numbers are "odd"

Odd/even rule says "odd * odd" = odd

So "2" is the only available choice which can not divide x*y to get an integer result.

So (A)
