Yes. 3-4-5 is basic right triangle. I just wrote full procedure for the sake of detailed explanation.

When i personally solve the question, i dont do all these procedures.

In the figure above, the area of triangular region PQR is 36.What is the area of the triangular region SQR?

(A) 12
(B) 16
(C) 24
(D) 30
(E) 36

We see that triangle PRS is a 3-4-5 right triangle. Thus, the area of triangle PQS is 4 x 3 x 1/2 = 6.

So, the area of triangle SQR is 36 - 6 = 30.

Answer: D
