Time spent during the drive is 5 hours and 30 minutes(as Frank starts driving at 6:15 and arrives his destination at 11:45)
Since he spent an hour for dinner, he would have traveled a total of 4 hours and 30 minutes(at 30 miles/hr)
Therefore, Frank travels a distance of 120 + 15 = 135 miles(Option B) during this time.
