Total area is 24
The area where the sum of coordinates will be less than 4 will form a triangle with origin, (0,4) and (4,0). The height of 4, base of 4 and are 8.
8/24=1/3

Easiest way to calculate is to take area of the triangle (1/2 * 4 * 4 = 8),
Total no of points = 24
Probability = 8/24 = 1/3
