You could skip calculating the figures. Tick the box/portion whose figure can be calculated.
Just something that helped me cut down the time i was using on overlapping sets (double matrix table, venn diagram) DS questions. Hope it helps someone else too

1 not giving any information about the total number of females . so data insufficient.

Hence A and D goes.

Now , from 2 statement we get this data: % of male below 60 = 37*40000/100
% of female below 60 = 15200
Still data insufficient
So D goes

Now, combine them
30*15200/100 gives the above 60 value. Hence we can find % with this.
Hence answer : C
