15 books is half of the total. Therefore, Ricardo has 30 books. SUFFICIENT
(2) Ricardo has twice as many fiction books as nonfiction books.
The number of books Ricardo has will be a multiple of 3, but any multiple 3 could be the answer. INSUFFICIENT
