(1) x=3, x=2 both are nonnegative. INSUFFICIENT.

(2) X= 3

ANS B.

I CONFUSED WHY IS B NOT ANSWER. THE OPTION GIVING ONLY ONE ANSWER.

if x a no-negative integer then why we can't divide both sides by x in option (2)?

We cannot divide x^2 = 3x by x because x can be 0 and we cannot divide by 0. When dividing by x, you loose a root, namely x = 0. Notice that both x = 0 and x = 3 satisfy x^2 = 3x.

I think you mixed "non-negative integer" with "non-zero integer" in the stem.

Hope it's clear.

Thank you. I missed the important part. Non-negative means the number is not negative but it can be "ZERO" and we can't divide any number with "0".
Thanks for the catch.
