Your profile evaluation raises more questions to be asked.
Evaluating for a top 20 program has to be a joke. Are we asking to evaluate for MIT/LBS (top tier) or like Vanderbilt (top 20)? For the sake of this post, I will go over both as an example.
Big Ten - Brand name will definitely come in handy, but which college are we talking about? Is it a non-target such as Nebraska or target Northwestern?
GPA 3.3 - I Understand you played sports and probably had a lot more things to do, but what is the reason for your low GPA? Are they trending upwards? Did you do good in pre-reqs and bad in the major or vice-versa? You need to explain your circumstances. MIT had an average 3.76 UG GPA. Vanderbilt at 3.7.
D1 Sports - Congrats! This is definitely a good thing on your application. But DO NOT solely rely on sports to get you in (in some cases it may not even be a big deal). What were your achievements as a player? which sport? Once again, EXPLAIN.
Your GMAT target score is low for a top 10 program. Average at most for 11-20. If you have a low GPA, your GMAT needs to be significantly higher. MIT as an example (top tier) had 700-770 GMAT range. Vanderbilt at 693 average.
MIT has an average work experience of 14 months. Unfortunately, Vanderbilt didn't post theirs.
Do you have AMAZING recommenders ready?
Are you good with your essays?
Solely going off of what you have posted and comparing it top the best vs. Top 20 program, we can see you still lack a bit. I am not saying there is NOT a single chance, but your profile needs some work.
You have low GPA for top tier and top 20.
You do not meet the average GMAT for top tier, and are at the average for top 20. If your GPA is not strong, your GMAT will carry the weight (at least 740+).
Try to get some work experience if you can, and possibly not jump directly into MSc.
Work on alternative things such as possibly the CFA, help your GPA by working on an alternative transcript with Quant courses at a local institution.
Other than D1 Sports, your profile is at most average. Do not solely rely on the sports, as you will simply be wasting time.
