So its time for Round 1, Iam done and dusted with GMAT with 700 (IR-8, AWA-6, Q-49, V-36). I dont plan to retake the exam again as i seem pretty satisfied with my score!
Now i want to know my odds of getting into the top 10 B-schools in the US and which schools should i target?
Profile:
CBSE- 92%- 10th
94%- 12th
Engineering (ECE)- Anna University - 8.8/10 GPA
International Business and Management- MS- MAnchester Business School- 3/4 GPA.
3 years of experience with 2.5 years in corporate banking (mainly handling Auto sector) and 0.5 years in financial analytics for Ford.
Extremely passionate about strategic consulting for the auto sector.
Leadership Qualities:
1. Was always the head of all the cultural teams, class pupil leader across school and college, placement co-ordinator etc.
2. Part of International 16 in Manchester Business School to represent India for the entire University.
3. Lots of NGO activities from volunteering to read for the blind, women empowerment camps in work place and mentoring women regularly to achieve big at work and home.
Let me know on what school would select my profile and what school i should choose?

First off, a 700/Q49 is an outstanding score, so you should apply to whichever Business Schools interest you.
There are a variety of factors that go into selecting the Schools that you'll apply to. Here are some things to think about:
1) Is there a particular company that you want to work for or industry that you want to work in? Certain degrees are more appropriate than others if you have a specific career goal.
2) What do you want your MBA to do for you?
3) Do you want to go to School full-time or part-time?
4) Are you willing to relocate? Are you comfortable with working through a program that is primarily online?
5) Are you going to be applying for scholarships?
Etc.
It's okay if you don't have answers to any of these questions just yet, but YOU will have to eventually define exactly what you are looking for, so that you can apply to a School that fits YOUR needs.
