Your work experience looks good, though the average years of experience upon matriculation is closer to five years. But you have clearly made an impact at work. Be sure to emphasize your leadership roles, which I can see that you have held.
It is also nice to see that you have taken on leadership roles in your extracurriculars as well.
I like your post-MBA goals as well. They are specific, and realistic, given that you plan to return to BCG.
You are right, however, that your GMAT score is below average for your demographic. A top 15 school may be difficult for you (and certainly getting a scholarship at one), though if you can reach a 740+, that will boost your odds. Otherwise, like you said, you will really want to stand out in terms of your own personal stories, as well as have very strong recommendation letters.
