Insead mim interview regarding - how is it possible for such an elite institute to keep alumni responsible for interviews ?! I feel they are so busy that they are not really bothered

That is a fair question, but remember that alumni interviewers are volunteers, which means they care about INSEAD applicants
They care about the community and are choosing to spend their time interviewing candidates. They may be busy, but no one is forcing them to invest their time in interviews!
I find most interviewers to be warm and considerate, but if you have a negative experience it may be worth reaching out to INSEAD.

Excellent question! Most schools have student ambassadors who volunteer to connect with prospective applicants.
Their contact info is available on the school’s website and you can reach them directly through the website. Which schools are you targeting?
Key interview prep tips: (1) Review your own profile/application and story to make sure you can clearly articulate your background, why you want an MBA, and your short- and long-term goals. (2) Research the school so you can specifically and concretely explain why the school is right for you (how it will help you achieve your goals and how you plan to contribute to the school). You most likely did this research for your essays, which in most cases your interviewer will not have read, so feel free to paraphrase your essays (just don’t memorize them!)

The most common (and avoidable!) mistake is to have poor audio or visual connection. Test your setup a few minutes before the interview!
Can short-term pre-MBA courses like MBA Maths and volunteer services offset a huge career gap?
Another mistake is to have notes up on your screen that distract you from engaging with your interview. You want to be attentive and make eye contact.
