I'm going to dissect your Georgetown pros a bit:

+ US MBA seems to carry much more weight than European MBA

this may have been true 15 years ago, but not today. Especially doesn't apply to top European MBA programs like INSEAD and LBS.

+ Located in Large Metropolitan

Barcelona is arguably a large metropolitan area.

+ Up & Coming program without the attitude

Not sure what this means. Does IESE have an unpleasant attitude?

+ DC & Mid-Atlantic Alum Network

Valid. Georgetown will likely have a stronger US network although you can check the numbers on LinkedIn

+ Overall Georgetown Prestige in US (Will open doors I'd imagine?)

Georgetown University is prestigious. Georgetown business school/MBA is not. Although you may be able to tap into the greater Georgetown network, but business recruiters will know Georgetown's reputation as a 20-30 school.

Just posted this in a separate thread, seems relevant to you..

Former gmatclub user, wanted to post an interesting MBA ranking done by Linkedin (cited by P&Q). I've come on this board in the past to chime in on MSB success in the IB world. While this ranking (like all) must be taken with a grain of salt, great to see Georgetown ranked #3 in Investment Bankings and top 15 in overall Finance placement. Thought many of you would be interested in the results assuming you haven't stumbled upon this yet.

As you are from US, I would choose IESE to experience the European culture at a great school if I were you.
