I got the admit for 1 year MBA at Krannert School of Management, Purdue university.

Will international student , eligible for OPT extension i.e work permit of total 29 months after this course?

Any STEM course should mention clearly that you can eligible for OPT but Purdue 1 year MBA is not eligible for that. The confusion comes from using word STEM for their program.

In addition, the conditions for additional OPT time is getting more scrutiny and new rules/regulations will be put in place in the coming years (at least planned to be put in place). Sorry for the bad news; would recommend you research more about what conditions the OPT will have and longevity of those commitments/conditions.
