Got an offer from Kelley..No idea about the financial aid...
With a 730 and 4 yrs of work ex wehn I will be joining Kelley (If i do so)...
I am not sure should I wait for a year and try for Kellogg UNC(dinged with interview this year) Duke (dinged without interview this year) or go for Kelley this year itself...
indian applicant wanting to get into Management consulting...
My area of concern is: Elections...not sure what will the H1B policy be..
More work ex and a due promotion in my pocket when I apply next year

Congrat for Kelley.
Kelley is one of the best schools and has access mostly to second tier management consulting firms especially Deloitte. I was in contact with the Consulting Academy who provided with wonderful insights about the academy and its benefit to student. The Academy concept is powerful tool which prepare for the market. I would use the opportunity now and do not wait for next year. Nothing is guaranteed, even you have a new promotion. The competitiveness among Indian students is intense, which make difficult to expect anything.
Your concerns is still valid but no one can assure anything about visa policy. H1B has is a big issue for international and I do not expect the elections would make worse because doing so may hurt many companies especially in tech. considering no change in H1B policy, there is a big expectation to decrease the opportunities for international students. Well even if you start now, you won't graduate until 2018, which is way after election anyway. So if you're concern about H1B, it might be too late already if certain someone wins.
