To the user that PM'd me, it looks like private message receipt is disabled on your side so I can't actually respond.

Still uncertain, but I think I've narrowed it to only McCombs and Foster. Hopefully Welcome Weekend at Foster in early February clears it up.

I actually have a house in Austin. That's why I think they didn't offer any scholarship since I already live here.

But the main reason I'm so torn is because I really don't want to live in Texas long term. I'm worried UT will lead me to stay.

Just as an update: I am choosing Foster. For my situation it made more sense than staying in Austin and going to McCombs. If anyone has any questions as to why I'd be happy to answer them.

Hey, congratulations on your choice! If you don't mind, may I ask why you dont want to live in Texas long term? Particular reasons? I am also in the same dilemma of choosing schools. I am stuck between UCLA Anderson and UT McCombs. Any thoughts you got? I want to move to Tech post-MBA.

Congratulations on your choice! I am currently also stuck between UT McCombs and UW Foster. I like Seattle but UW seems highly focused on tech and few consulting resources. Any thoughts you got?

Yes, Foster is Tech because that's the local employers, but that's also the case with McCombs.
Their Consulting numbers are about neck in neck with Foster, though it is their top industry, so I guess I am talking myself more into McCombs.... which is a bit more balanced.
