Hey guys
I've gotten into both Stern and Tuck, and have a few weeks to make a final decision. No scholarships for either.
Absolutely love the Tuck community more since people seem a lot closer and tight-knit there, which is the kind of environment I'd want in a program. The people at Stern are actually very warm and love to help, to my surprise.
Looking to pivot into banking after MBA (I know I should go to Stern since it's so strong in banking) but I do do love the Tuck community; living in NYC means something but can be offset by the Ivy league name. I guess my question ends up to be, is IB recruiting really hard if it's non-core, like Tuck; also does Stern has absolute advantage in terms of banking recruiting?

I think both would work fine for you and it should be more of a fit decision. Tuck puts plenty of people in IB(approx 10% of class). Stern will be more convenient for recruiting.
Where would you be more likely to make the most of the experience and enjoy it?
