Honestly, your profile is strong for Indian School of Business.
Good academics, female engineer diversity, strong AI/GenAI work, promotions/awards, and clear impact at work, all of that helps a lot. Your extracurriculars are solid too, especially TEDx + E-Cell leadership.
Your PM goal also makes sense from your current background, so the story feels natural.
The main thing now is GMAT. Try to get at least around 675–695 FE to be in a comfortable spot for ISB. Higher is obviously better, but you don’t need a crazy score.
Biggest advice: don’t make your essays too technical. Focus more on leadership, ownership, and business impact rather than AI jargon.
