When I was applying I just emailed the recruiting person that was in charge of my region and asked her if she could give me a waiver. Email the school and ask who is in charge of your region and get in touch with them. Or message me and I can find out for you.

Hi guys, I wanted to ask if there are any advantages in applying in August or July rather than in September or later. Also, how difficult is it to get in? And lastly, do you think IESE or ESCP is better

Francesco0907 - if your question is whether to apply in R1 or R2, everything else being equal, earlier the better. But if you feel you can improve your profile (e.g. get a higher score, gain a promotion etc.) by R2, then applying in that round is better. If you're asking whether it makes a difference whether you submit the application in Aug (or earlier) for the Sep deadline of IESE - there's no difference there i.e. all applications are reviewed post the deadline date of a particular round.
