What do you guys think is a good test prep that doesn't involve 'strategy?' I just want a basic quant review of the material that could be covered on the GMAT. Again, nothing that involves learning a new strategy, such as with Manhattan Test prep.

Yes Manhattan is an excellent resource, however, they add a bunch of stuff (or strategies) that makes relearning the BASICS confusing.
