Does anyone know when and/or where we need to submit the Domicile Affidavit?
This is listed as one of the application requirements https://ellermba.arizona.edu/fulltime/admissions/process.
I'm from another US state, which I'm assuming qualifies me as a domestic student.
There isn't a place to upload via the application, and this form seems to assume that I've already moved to Arizona (which I haven't).

Any help would be appreciated :)
