The product of 3 consecutive positive even integers x+1, x+3 and x+5

Question

The product of 3 consecutive positive even integers x+1, x+3 and x+5 is p. Is p/60 an integer?

(1) x+3 is a factor of 20

(2) x is divisible by 5

From statement 1:

x+3 is a factor of 20.
If x = 1, then 4 is a factor of 20.
Also, 2*4*6 = P, 2*4*6/60 = not an integer.
If x = 7, then 10 is a factor of 20.
Also, 8*10*12 = P, 8*10*12/60 = Integer.
Two answers, Hence 1 is insufficient.

From statement 2:

x is divisible by 5.
Let's take x as 5, then 6*8*10 = P, 6*8*10/60 = integer.
Let's take x as 15, then 16*18*20 = P, 16*18*20/60 = integer.
Any value of x after 15 will yield P/60 as an integer.
Hence Sufficient

B is the answer.

3 consecutive positive even integers x+1 * x+3 * x+5 = p

is p/ 2*2*3*5 an Integer, Yes/No --(a)

1) x+3 is a factor of 20
20 = 1, 2, 4, 5,10, 20, 
Now x+3 can be 4,5,10 & 20

4,10 & 20 will be used

2*4*6, will answer (a) as No
8*10*12, will answer (a) as Yes

(2) x is divisible by 5
x can be 5,10,15,20

But for this statement to be true x will be 5,15,25

6*8*10, will answer (a) as Yes 
16*18*20, will answer (a) as Yes
