For each of the following statements, select Yes if the statement is accurate based on the information provided. Otherwise select No.

Let’s go through each statement one by one using the table:

• The model with the smallest engine and at least one other model both rank last in the amount of horsepower they produce.

Sort by engine size: the smallest is Olsen (3.0 L, 300 HP).
Sort by horsepower: the lowest is 300 HP, shared by Olsen, Granato, and PTZ.
So Olsen, along with two others, ties for the lowest horsepower.

Answer: Yes

• The lightest model produces the most horsepower per pound of vehicle weight.

Sort by weight: the lightest model is Biota (3208 lb, 430 HP).
Its horsepower per pound = 430/3208 ≈ 0.134.

Sort by horsepower: the highest is Chaffer (540 HP). Since models with the most horsepower are good candidates to also have the highest horsepower-to-weight ratio, check this one first. Chaffer’s ratio = 540/3920 ≈ 0.138, which is higher.

So Biota does not have the highest horsepower per pound.

Answer: No

• The model with the lowest dollar-per-horsepower ratio is also the model with the lowest price.

Sort by dollar-per-horsepower ratio: the lowest is T-400 (67.93).
Sort by price: the lowest is Tesco ($24,120).

Since these are different models, the statement is false.

Answer: No

hi @Banuel, i think for second option,

the lightest model is Biota (3208 lb, 430 HP) → HP/lb = 0.1341.

for others:

Victor (3909 lb, 500 HP) = 0.128 (lower).

Chaffer (3920 lb, 540 HP) = 0.1378 (higher than Biota).

hence No.
