I currently don't mention anything about why HBS specifically and Why now. Is that ok? I read through the forums and some people said HBS is not really looking for why HBS because they know why everyone is applying to HBS anyways.

The focus should all be about why you are interesting to them, what do you bring to the party for them. If it is extremely organic to your goals essay or the main essay, one might demonstrate a particularly good fit for the case method. But only if it's very special. As always lead with your strengths help them get to know what is special about you.
