How good a platform does NUS Business School MBA provides to someone who is from a non-finance background, say Technology, to transition to a role in Investment Management / Research at an Asset Management Company assuming he/she has all 3 levels of CFA? Anyone who has made such a transition or seen someone making such a transition, please share your insights.

Try connecting with the admissions committee and ask if they can put you in touch with a person from similar profile/background. You can try to find a few from LinkedIn. Did you try that?
