I don't think that answers for Q1 is correct:
It should be: YES NO NO.
For second sentence, at 1 PM, accumulation = 1100-1200, cumulative arrivals = 2100-2200 . It doesn't look clear from the graph whether "Cumulative arrivals were greater than 2 times cumulative departures"
Also the question is getting repeated here: https://gmatclub.com/forum/city-x-condu ... 30496.html
