Step By Step.
1) A’s meeting with S will be on Friday (From 1st column)

2) S’s meeting with C will be on Thursday (From 3rd column). Only remaining Day for S.

3) Now C is only left to meet B. And that will happen on Friday. Coz all other days for C are occupied.

4) Since B has already had meeting on Mon (A) , Tue (E) , Wed (S), and Friday (C). Hence B’s Meeting with D will be on Thursday.

See in last column meeting with suri only A and C were left and look at the Thursday row A already mate Suri. Hence For last column it has to be C for Thursday, and A will meet suri on Friday.
That also eases pairing of meeting 2 on Thursday which will be B and D.

Step 1: Amani's meeting is scheduled with all other employees except Suri. So, on Friday, Suri will have a meeting with Amani.
Step 2: After filling the Friday slot with Amani, Suri is left with Camilo to schedule a meeting on Thursday. Now, the remaining meeting-2 must be filled with the other two employees, i.e., Bianco and Daniel.
Step 3: On Friday, meeting-1 and meeting-2 can be arranged for the remaining two combinations: (Bianco, Camilo) and (Daniel, Eita), in any of the available time slots.

Another quick way to solve this

Key constraint to note here is ---> one person can have only one meeting in a day.

1 Amani and Suri ---> Amani already has a meeting on Thursday, hence this will be Friday
2 Camilo and Suri ---> Suri already has a meeting on friday, hence this will be Thursday
3 Bianca and Daniel ---> This is the slightly tricky part

Approach ---> look at the table for who among Bianca and Daniel has meetings left with someone
If you look at the middle column you can immediately spot that Camilo doesn't have a meeting with Bianca (check all columns just to be safe)

Now we know Camilo already is meeting on Thursday, so Camilo and Bianca would meet on Friday
Since Biance is now meeting on Friday, Bianca and Daniel would meet on Thursday.
