With the given statements , we cannot even confirm if x is an INTEGER in the first place, let alone 'x' being ODD...
take n=18..
 so I.  x=\frac{24}{18} ..
II. 72x is even ..  72x = 72*\frac{24}{18} = 4*24 = 96  
so combined Insuff

1. Anything divided by 0 is not possible. hence, insufficient

2. obviously insufficient

1+2: Insufficient because of the same reason - 0.
