(1) \(\frac{(x)^{3} }{ 2}\) is even.
Let a be an integer, then \(\frac{(x)^{3} }{ 2}=2a\)
\(x^3=4a\)
If x is an integer, then x is surely even.
But x can be a cube root of even number. Say, a=1, then x = \(\sqrt[3]{4}\)

(2) 2 * \(\sqrt[3]{x}\) is even
\(2*\sqrt[3]{x}=2a\)
\(\sqrt[3]{x}=a\)
\(x=a^3\)
So, x will depend on a. If a is even, x is even, but if a is odd,then x is odd.
