Hi Guyz Need Advice on GMAT urgently

Question

Hi Guyz,

How R U Doing? I need an advice on GMAT examination coz I am planning to take one by june end. I know the structure and the question format, I needed to know the difficulty level, which areas should I concentrate on a higher level. I am practicing but I need to get my scores up. My weakness is the verbal section, kindly advice how to improve this section. And due to practice I have been able to learn Quant. Need to improve on my scores I am not getting great scores. Plz advice.

Ughm, study? Lots and lots of studying. If you're not scoring in the range you want 1-2 weeks out, move the test date. Scoring well on the GMAT takes lots of practice and, most importantly, time.

Paper Tests, GMATPrep, PowerPrep, OG 9/10/11/12, 1000 files are great for practice. LSAT CR/RC is great for GMAT Verbal as well.

I think going through sections consistently is the best way to prepare. Unlike me who is just posting on gmatclub. studying the quant section of the test is SOO boring!

After you have brushed up the basics from OG (for math) and Powerscore (CR) / manhattan SC / PR for RC , write a diagnostic test (maybe Gmatprep) , find out the number of wrong answers for each of the sub-section.

This will give you the statestics of what you should study first / what needs major work and so on.
Write the diagnostic after you are clear with basic concepts.
