Hello team,
I have scheduled a GMAT Focus Test to start at 6.00 am 11/09/2023 Santiago de Chile time. I received a confirmation mail, and in examity platform my appointment was scheduled. (With a test number)
In the day of the test I entered by mba.com link 20 minutes before. I refreshed the page 15 minutes before, then 10, then 9... When it were 5 minutes before the appointment time I talked with a chat assistant. "try to refresh, try to clean your history, try to enter again through mba.com" bla bla bla...
I struggled more than 45 minutes, to receive an answer that was "please contact to GMAC customer care service", and they labeled my exam as "no show"
Does anyone haveexperienced issues like this?
