Is there a way or SOP that can considered ideal to get visa approved almost every time irrespective of visa officer. Like my fear are those short 2 Qs interviews. What is the way or what is that you should say to make sure the VO will approve.

Bank statements are sufficient. Usually, they only check your i20 which has your funds details approved by your school. In your first answer, answer the question and one line in the end about your strongest point like Scholarship if any. In the most cases, Visa approval is linked with University reputation, followed by scholarship.
