How are you planning to show your ties back like do you have an offer back from your current company?

Be confident, clear, and concise in your responses. There’s no need to elaborate unless asked. Most visa rejections would be cause the applicant does not have a clear goal post the education period

I think they were confident they are in t15 and dont need any prep so they fumbled on basic questions. Like till 2 years before these colleges were never rejected Now even HSW can get rejected Though rare like 1 or 2 in 30. But you would not want to be in that 1 or 2 unlucky.

This is tricky. I’d consult a lawyer if I were you. If you’re actively managing the business or getting a regular compensation (per day/month) while being in the US (I’m assuming you’re heading to the US), then that’s as good as working in the States - which is a clear violation of the F1 visa.

Can anyone tell me what should be the best way forward in case you left your job but later your visa got rejected?

All of these. Job, location (Singapore or India depending on where you are from), and industry. Your intent is return to your home country and not stay in the US
