Guess the essays were written in a somewhat pompous way. The logic is pretty like: he wants to be a great art businessman. How he's great at art, so he wants to add a biz layer, which in turns requires an MBA.

But in hindsight, this explanation makes the career goal more problematic. Basically what the career goals says he'll return to the art world: to land a job with a museum.

Would think way more thoroughly this time and try to focus on the bridge that leads from the public service to the private sector, like general management/marketing+branding/public relations/investor relations for function; consulting/media/entertainment/top500 for industries

Guess this makes more sense. Art business is too out of the scope of a bschool education.

Since I make a deal with my dad that I give up a bschool for he covering my partner's bschool tuition, we'll try Stanford MSx, too.

I've officially wd from HBS and started to crack LSAT. My dads a stubborn Asian father who always thinks his son must follow his path.
