Hi all. Does anyone know somebody who has managed to get off from LBS MBA waitlist? Would love to connect and understand the steps to do it so that I can navigate my next steps accordingly. Have been waitlisted for this year's MBA intake, and would appreciate any advice on this please as LBS is my top school. Thank you very much in advance!

It’s an opportunity to strengthen your candidacy and demonstrate your commitment to the program. Many candidates successfully move off the waitlist by providing meaningful updates that showcase professional growth, academic improvements, or deeper engagement with the school's community. If your GMAT/GRE score is low, consider retaking it to strengthen your academic profile. Sharing career advancements, promotions, or impactful projects can also help. Additionally, connecting with LBS alumni, attending school events, and expressing continued interest through well-timed updates can help keep you on the admissions radar. If feasible, visiting the campus can offer a deeper understanding of the school's culture and allow for personal interactions with faculty and students. Stay proactive, but avoid excessive communication. Good luck!

Hi. I just got an email from the waitlisted adcom manager, and she gave me a chance to have a call to know more about my profile and see if I had any questions about the waitlist. I am wondering if anyone can advise on what usually happens for such calls, and how I can prepare for them. Thank you!
