While invites are going out at random, we had seen a wave pattern on Tuesdays. Last Tuesday, most of the invites went out around 1:30 pm. It seems nothing has gone out for today yet; that, or since the pool of candidates expecting invite has shrunk so fewer applicants are reporting now.
In any case, good luck for today. if it hasn't gone out yet, it is coming...

I've been lurking around this board for a bit, but I just got an invite as well. I am a US applicant. Good luck to all.

Just got the interview invitation! Submitted at the 1/3 deadline. Had to take an afternoon spot but I'm just happy to finally get an invite.

Congrats for in the interview invitations.
For those of you that might be interested, we will hold a group-based simulation on Saturday 16th at 16:00 CET.
We will NOT use Wharton's prompt in order to avoid violating the School's policies, but it will be a good opportunity to simulate the group-based discussion environment.
Private message me if you'd like to join.
For the rest, good luck to everyone!

Can someone that has received an invite direct me to the prompt? Did it come in a separate email after registering for an interview?

Just received the invite! However, all the slots for my hub city appear to be full. Any idea if they open more slots later?

is morning interview or afternoon interview better considering I want to squeeze in a class visit?

I felt i might be fresher in the morning but really want to have some direct class visit feeling before the interview.

Got an invite this evening too! What a pleasant surprise I honestly thought this was lost cause already. To those still waiting, hang in there. Don't lose hope but don't lose sleep over it either! Good things sometimes happen when you least expect them!

Dougdoug: look out for the prompt in a separate email from admissions!

is the prompt in the interview logistics email the discussion topic? or just serve as an example?

I was debating this as well. I decided to take the interview day off from work and fly into Philly the night before. I'll be doing a 1pm session, so I can sleep in until about 10, do a quick workout and head to the interview feeling refreshed.

I suggest you try to squeeze in a class visit. It really helped me get a better sense of what Wharton was about.

From my understanding, the prompt is the actual discussion topic. You will need to prepare what is asked and come to the TBD with the intention of discussing the ideas you have come up with.

Got the invite! Never have I been so happy to see an e-mail come through! A bit on my background:

West Coast of US, applied on 1/3 (like 30 minutes before the deadline)
Hispanic Female, 25 y/o
Strategy Consulting at a large firm (international focus), 4 years work experience at matriculation
3.55 GPA, 680 GMAT (verbal kicked the pants off my quant score though)

Basically, I'm providing this to let you know that there's hope for people without stratospheric GMAT scores, especially if you have good work experience, recommendations, extracurriculars, and something interesting in your essays. Don't worry or speculate about if it's "all over" yet. It's not. There are still 10 days left. Best of luck to everyone!

I had assumed today would be the day for the Lauder invites. I didn't get one, so I guess my chances aren't looking so great. Anyway, those of you who scored the invite today, do you mind saying whether or not you are Lauder applicants? Congrats to all of you.
