Ding here too. Realized after the fact that I wasn't a fit there anyway. I guess I paid $265 for the experience gained.
Good luck to the rest, excelsior!

Another ding via online status update.. today is the "d-i-n-g" s day for Wharton. I should not apply there anyhow.. upset for $265 and time I spent for essays, collecting reference etc.. anyway, it's a learning..

Dinged.

This one stings bc it's my second go-round (reapplicant). Little stunned/puzzled/flabbergasted given I interviewed last year (R2), got waitlisted, got put on "selective" summer waitlist, etc. Came so close, beefed up profile, and now R1 ding no interview. Who knows...

Very best of luck to all those selected to inverview. Kill it, get in, and turn them down for HBS or GSB (joking)!!!!

Columbia here I come. Roar, Lion, Roar!

I have the same sort of situation with London business school, as you have with Wharton. I was waitlisted after last year inerview, but was asked to reapply by their adcom. I have also improved my profile since, but this year was dinged immediately without interview. So I understand how painful it is. And weird at the same time, cause it seems very strange.

Denied. Le sigh. Not as crushing as I'd anticipated though.

That was my better app though, so I'm not very hopeful for the other.

Ding here as well. Has anybody ever attempted to solicit feedback from any of these schools? I'm assuming that they would just decline to give it, but it doesn't seem like we have much to lose, right?

I realize that this post is more so for the benefit of the R2 wave, but I got an invite today as well. Re-applicant, waitlisted last year.

For all those who got invites, good luck! To those who didn't, tons of other great schools out there, and best of luck!

I heard that you can't bring anything in but I could be wrong.

Hope expert in this club would help share their knowledge :)

Dont worry. Note taking is allowed (they give you paper and pen). However, during my interview nobody took notes.

Are you allowed to bring in any notes at all for the TBD? I was thinking of making some rough notes to do with the prompt

For the 1 on 1 portion of the interview, if I am interviewing on campus, will the adcom have access to my full application or just to my resume?

No, he wont. The 1-1 interview will be blind and very short. Your interviewer will be one of the guys who also evaluates your TBD.
